Stevia side effects
If you are going to use herbs, vitamins and supplements make sure that you know their benefits as well as their potential side effects as
well.

I'll pay attention to brand names and the ingredients listed as being contained in any product. Make sure the products have been in
markets for at least three years. Please, also follow the instructions on the bottle and don't overdose yourself. If you believe that a
supplement or product is causing side effects, it would be wise to cease taking it and contact your doctor or the manufacturer immediately.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your doctor before taking any herbs, supplements, medical foods etc. If you are
interested in a particular supplement and you do not find it in the list, please, email me at
zhion@zhion.com. Good Health
Herbs have been used as medicine to treat different diseases in many cultures. Any part of the plant can
be considered "herbs", including leaves, roots, flowers, seeds, resin, bark, berries, fruits etc. Some
popular herbs as well as their composition and uses have been studied scientifically. Most of the herbs are
beneficial to us, they have lots of anti-oxidants, while they also have side effects.

In the last double decades, the active ingredients (phytochemicals) of herbs have been extracted for
medical uses or supplements. Animal extracts such as shark cartilage, fish oil, are used as supplements
for health support. Many research studies suggest the health benefits of the supplements, while side
effects have also been noticed in the studies. Further, some online websites have proposed many health
benefits on various supplements without scientific supports. This website summarizes the recent research
findings on popular health supplements in the United States.
