Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups cubed honeydew
2 cups cubed watermelon (unseeded)
1/2 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tsp honey
1/2 cup fat-free half and half
mint sprigs

Directions:
Process melons, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey in food
processor or blender until smooth. Stir in half and half. Refrigerate
until chilled. Pour into individual bowls and garnish with mint.
